Luxury Scented Candle - Lemon Myrtle, Black Pepper & Lime
Clean-burning coconut wax candle scented with pure essential oil of uplifting and aromatic lemon myrtle and black pepper, with a hint of fresh lime.

+ Candle Care Instructions
Here are some important tips to ensure you get the most from your candle:
Melt the wax to the edge of the jar for the first burn. Wax has a memory - if you leave a small pool of wax it will only ever burn to this point leaving a whole lot a wax unused - this is called tunnelling.
Be sure to trim the wick – every time. The wick should be no longer the 5mm in length. Trimmed wicks give you a cleaner, brighter burn. Untrimmed wick assume an unsightly mushroom shape that can obscure the flame and cause smoky stains in the glass.
Keep out of direct sunlight. Burn for up to three hours at a time.
Avoid burning in draughty areas, near open windows or doorways. Never leave burning candles unattended. Burn on a stable, flat, heatproof surface. Keep away from curtains, flammables, children and pets.
To repurpose or recycle the vessel, remove wick and wax, and wash in hot soapy water.
These safety instructions can also be found on the bottom of the candle vessel.
Because our candles don’t include additives, the wax and essential oils will react to temperature changes. These changes are superficial and will disappear once the candle starts burning.

We have a 30 day return policy meaning you must contact us within 30 days of purchase for an exchange or full credit. Returning a product will be at the cost of the purchaser.
We do our utmost to ensure safe delivery of products. However, if your candle arrives faulty or damaged please notify us immediately (via email) upon discovery for assistance. For greater ease of service, please retain all original packaging and the candle itself as they may be required for photographic evidence of faulty of damaged goods. In some cases, the candle may need to be returned.
Because poet. candles are made from completely natural ingredients and are free of preservatives, changes in temperature can cause the wax to create what looks like wet spots; this is the wax shrinking away from the glass and will disappear once the candle is used.

Normal delivery times:
- North Island: expected delivery is within 2 to 3 business days - NZ$6.50
- South Island: expect delivery is within 2 to 4 business days - NZ$8.50
- Rural delivery: expect delivery within 3 to 6 business days - NZ$12.50
Tracking: Poet can supply the buyer with tracking details from the courier company confirming their order has been dispatched.
